Where there is an ongoing business contract, personal information will be held until the end of the existing contract unless this is over-ridden by statutory requirements. Retention of data will enable us to service any contract and maintain our legal records.

Where you have opted in to receive communications from us outside of a business contract, your personal information will be retained for 1 year from the date of opt in; at which point we will re-contact you to reconfirm permissions.
